Job summary

Under Armour, Inc is seeking Sales Associates to help deliver standout customer experiences in store. You will greet customers, guide them to the right apparels and footwear, and ensure smooth checkout while keeping the store looking sharp and inviting for shoppers.

You will join a fast-paced team, rely on your flexibility to work varied hours, and learn about new UA products and rewards programs to drive sales and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in some locations).
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held devices and POS).
• Willing to learn products and the UA Rewards program.
• High-energy, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest suitable apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share knowledge and passion for our products.
• Stock, straighten and tidy the store.
• Support front and back of store including POS.
• Fulfill omni-channel customer requests digitally.
• Collaborate effectively within a team.
• Operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Educate customers about the Rewards program.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
• Adhere to UA processes and attendance policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
