Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to be the face of the brand in our store. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional service, and keep the store stocked and presentable.

You’ll engage customers with product knowledge and participate in omni-channel requests to create seamless shopping experiences. Join a fast-paced team, learn about the Rewards program, and grow with opportunities for future roles.

Qualifications

• Age 16+ (18+ in CA).
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to match customer needs.
• Share product knowledge to help customers decide.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Assist with front and back of house tasks, including POS and payments.
• Process omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Collaborate well within a team and adapt to change.
• Support rewards program education to drive loyalty.
• Stay accountable for personal development and growth opportunities.
• Fulfill scheduled hours per Under Armour attendance policy.
