You’ll bring a proven track record of delivering measurable impact for corporate clients—navigating complex stakeholder environments, aligning with compliance requirements, and driving performance against clearly defined KPIs. You’re comfortable translating strategy into execution, and thrive on creating social content that not only engages but delivers tangible business value at a senior stakeholder level.
About The Role
As a Performance Director, you’ll lead the paid social performance strategy and execution for one of GH05T’s largest global corporate clients. The core focus of this role is paid social—developing and scaling full-funnel campaigns that drive real business outcomes, with a particular emphasis on brand awareness and consideration as central strategic levers.
You’ll oversee multi-market activity, align with partner agencies globally, and act as the senior strategic voice on all paid social performance. Your remit will cover everything from channel strategy and creative direction to performance analysis and executive-level stakeholder management.
This is a client-facing leadership role that demands deep expertise in paid social platforms, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to guide campaigns from top to bottom of the funnel. You’ll translate insights into action, unlock growth opportunities, and help shape how some leading organisations approach social media as a performance driver.
