You will mentor a growing team, run strategic workshops with senior stakeholders, and partner with production to develop data-backed concepts. Competitive salary £55k-£70k plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead Paid Social and Creative Performance strategy across a portfolio of high-profile retail and eCommerce clients.
• Turn campaign performance data into creative insights, testing roadmaps and scalable growth strategies.
• Develop winning creative concepts alongside production teams, ensuring every campaign is backed by performance data.
• Build trusted client relationships, leading strategic workshops and commercial conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of Social & Creative specialists while helping shape the department's future direction.
