We are looking for a Performance Creative Alchemist, a role combining elements of account management, creative strategy, and social video production. Your role involves turning raw content from shoots into high-quality creative assets for paid social campaigns, participating in shoots, and developing insights from data to inform creative strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing ad performance data to uncover insights
• Transforming raw footage into engaging ads with formats, voiceovers, and edits
• Generating creative ideas solo and in team sprints
• Writing clear briefs that connect insight to execution
• Managing creative workflows from ideation to delivery
• Collaborating with creators and internal teams to ensure quality and timeliness
