You will play a pivotal role in helping to turn all the content captured during our performance-focused production shoots into a stream of high quality creative content to fuel paid social. And yes, you can come on the shoots. Cause they’re tons of fun.
LONG ANSWER:
It’s part detective, part creative director. You’ll spend your time:
Digging into the data – becoming best mates with the ad account, so you can uncover what’s working, what’s not, and why. You’ll turn those findings into razor-sharp insights that fuel our creative workstreams.
Leading the post-shoot charge – You’ll help turn all that glorious raw footage into a stream of thumb-stopping ads. Think voiceovers, formats, edits, creative routes - mapped to audience insight and tested for performance.
Ideating like a maniac – both solo and in team sprints. You’ll generate ideas that make clients say “holy f*ck yes” and editors say “this is gonna bang.” Sometimes, you'll lead the brainstorm. Sometimes, you'll be the wildcard that blows it open.
Shaping creative strategy – you’re the bridge between insight and execution. You’ll write briefs so clear they basically write themselves, and make sure what we produce connects emotionally and performs commercially.
Being the glue – you’ll check in with creators, and collaborate with our internal team to make sure everything stays on track and on budget.
Basically, you’ll make sure great ideas don’t just live in a Google Doc - they make it to the feed, and into people's brains.
