Job summary

IRIS, Manchester-based, is seeking a Performance Lead for Customer Success and Renewals to drive a proactive, value-led approach. You will coach managers and frontline staff to improve customer conversations, adoption, and retention while turning insights into practical actions.

Working across Customer Success and Renewals, you’ll develop coaching guides, playbooks, and training plans in collaboration with L&D, measured by improved outcomes and customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success enablement and coaching.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable guidance.
• Strong collaboration with managers and L&D.

Responsibilities

• Coach CS and Renewals colleagues to improve conversations and outcomes.
• Develop practical coaching plans and playbooks for teams.
