Job summary

dsm-firmenich seeks a Performance & Capability Coordinator to drive data capture, analysis, and insights across the manufacturing site. You will manage training systems, support capability-building, and foster continuous improvement through data-driven decisions.

Key duties include leading performance reporting, developing BI dashboards, automating data processes and maintaining training records within POKA, while engaging with managers to translate data into actionable actions that raise

Qualifications

• Minimum Level qualifications - GCSE or A Level.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting is desirable.
• Experience in a Food manufacturing setting is beneficial but not essential.

Job description

Join us as a Performance & Capability Coordinator and drive excellence across our manufacturing site. You'll lead performance data capture, analysis, and insights. Manage training systems and support capability-building initiatives. This role combines data-driven decision making with people development, helping teams improve performance, skills, and operational results.,

• Lead the collation, validation, and reporting of site performance and quality data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze operational performance trends and develop reports, BI dashboards, and provide recommendations on a regular basis.
• Automate current data recording methods using BI tools.
• Maintain and administer the site's training management system (POKA), ensuring training records are accurate, compliant, and kept up to date.
• Liaise with the Production Managers, supervisors and key stakeholders to ensure data is leading to actionable insights.
• Coordinate and support training, onboarding, and capability-building programs to maintain and further develop workforce skills.
• Maintain training matrices, competency frameworks, and skills records.
• Monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by using performance data to identify root causes, track improvement initiatives, and measure the impact of corrective actions.

Requirements

• Strong level of computer literacy.

• Continuous Improvement mindset to challenge and improve processes.
• Minimum Level qualifications - good GCSE or A Level. Experience of working in a Food manufacturing setting would be beneficial, but not essential.
