From performance reporting and benchmarking to project managing new analytics requirements, you’ll be at the heart of how we measure, understand and improve our impact. If you’re commercially minded, analytically curious and confident influencing senior stakeholders, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business results.
  • Present regular performance updates, insight and recommendations to senior internal and client stakeholders.
  • Use client and field interaction alongside data to understand performance objectives and identify opportunities to optimise services.
Drive performance
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reporting, keeping stakeholders informed on progress, performance and key actions.
  • Oversee Impact Index and internal benchmarking across business units, ensuring consistency across campaigns.
  • Ensure clients have clear visibility of performance and impact metrics, providing commentary and context where needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across client service and service delivery teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities and use data-led insight to improve service and account performance.
Partner with stakeholders

  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and use insight to influence decision making.
  • Communicate complex analytics clearly to audiences with different levels of data fluency.
  • Anticipate future reporting and insight requirements and work proactively with stakeholders to address them.
  • Provide data-led recommendations that support both strategic and day-to-day business decisions.
Manage projects and reporting
  • Project manage new reporting and analytics requirements across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Support data collection requirements, tools and processes, ensuring consistency and best practice.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to develop new data and analytics solutions.
  • Build strong relationships across the business to ensure reporting and insight requirements are delivered effectively.
Monitor account performance
  • Track key account performance metrics, including budget and forecast accuracy, client satisfaction, employee satisfaction and service quality.
  • Provide regular updates on performance, progress and recommended actions.
  • Monitor contractual service levels across services, ensuring performance remains on track and opportunities for improvement are identified.

  • The ability to understand complex data and translate it into clear, meaningful business insight.
  • A natural ability to turn dashboards and analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience managing projects and reporting requirements across multiple stakeholders and markets.
  • Experience working across a multi-market or pan-EMEA programme would be advantageous.
  • Experience with Power BI would be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to challenge, influence and advise.
  • A proactive approach and genuine curiosity about what the data is telling you.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively and build credibility across different teams.
