Job Description:

We are currently working with an established Housing Association who are looking to add a Performance & Assurance Manager to the team. Within this role there is a benefit of hybrid working with occasional office travel. If you are an experienced Performance manager or Data Protection Manager this role may be for you.

Performance & Assurance Manager
Hourly Rate: £32 - £34 per hour via Umbrella
Contract
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Hybrid work pattern

As Performance & Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring data protection and compliance is prioritised, taking lead in ensuring access requests are supported

Providing a key delivery for data protection prioritising that it's resourced appropriately

Ensuring KPIs are managed and upheld effectively

Upholding insurance provision for the organisation, liaising with Brokers and insurance companies

Delivering high quality professional performance and assurance reporting

Collating information across the business from senior stakeholders

To be successful in this Performance & Assurance Manager role, you will need:

Previous social housing experience

High level of data protection practice

Previous experience with compliance work
