  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and generate actionable insights.

  • Develop and implement training modules and evaluation criteria for apprentices.
  • Monitor and assess apprentice progress, logbook progression and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Liaise with educational institutions and external partners to ensure the program meets regulatory and educational requirements.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems to assess and enhance employee productivity and development.
  • Facilitate regular performance reviews between management and staff to discuss progress, provide feedback, and set objectives.
  • Identify training needs based on performance appraisals and work with management to address gaps.
  • Facilitate constructive feedback to employees based on performance reviews and personal development plans.
  • Work closely with team leaders to address performance issues.
  • Support employees in identifying career development opportunities and setting realistic goals.

Requirements
  • Educational Background:
