Job Responsibilities:

• Working in a busy pediatric practice with a wide variety of primary and urgent health care needs.
• Providing nursing care and education to patients with health issues including well child care, chronic conditions, complex family dynamics, developmental concerns, asthma, obesity, and failure to thrive.
• Incorporating anticipatory guidance into each visit.

Qualifications:

• BSN degree.
• At least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience; 3 years preferred.
• Spanish speaking skills preferred.
• Primary Care experience preferred.
• Experience as a Pediatric RN preferred.
• Ability to be flexible, motivated, and adapt to a changing environment.
• Availability to work Mon-Sun (days/evenings) with weekend rotation to Boston.
