Qualifications

• Two years of hospital radiology experience.
• Graduate of an AMA approved radiology program.
• ARRT registration or registry eligible; must obtain within one year.
• Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient and request for procedure per department protocols.
• Perform exam and dispatch patient to next modality/location.
• Develop and process films per department protocols.
• Quality control and matching of completed procedures.
• Ensure information is available for radiologist reports.
• Maintain records for exam/requisition/film cycle.
• Maintain x-ray equipment and stock of supplies.
