Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and active.
• 1 year in an operating room setting.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain the surgical suite and instruments.
• Maintain sterile environments and report aseptic breaks.
• Assist surgical team by passing instruments during procedures.
• Apply knowledge of surgical equipment to uphold best practice protocols.
• Follow nursing process (assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate) for patient care before, during, and after surgeries.
• Monitor patients' vital signs before, during, and after surgery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
