Due to growth in the organisation, my client is recruiting an experienced People Transformation Director in this newly created role.

Salary up to £110k + Benefits.

Birmingham base location with hybrid working and travel to other sites.

Reporting into the People Director, as People Transformation Director your focus will be designing and delivering a people strategy across talent acquisition, workforce planning, organisational development and culture, EDI & B and change. You will partner with senior leaders across the organisation to enable change across talent, learning and culture.

The role will manage an existing talent acquisition team.

As an experienced People Transformation Director you will have led on People transformation specifically around Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Organisational and Cultural change and you will enjoy the opportunity to join an organisation at a time of growth, and the ability to shape and develop the role.
