Location: Coventry, UK
Salary: £26,000
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (4 days in the office and 1 day WFH)
About the Role
We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team. This role is suitable for someone with some HR experience who wants to develop their skills, take on more responsibilities, and work in a dynamic environment. The position offers a clear pathway to an HR Advisor role, with structured development and potential CIPD qualification support for successful candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR administrative support, including maintaining employee records and processing data.
- Manage the shared HR inbox, responding promptly to queries and escalating when necessary.
- Act as a first point of contact for HR-related questions, providing guidance and escalation as needed.
- Proactively identify areas for HR process improvements and ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- Some experience in an HR administrative role or similar.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
