Faria Education Group is seeking a proactive People & Talent Advisor to support the HR team at Alderley Park (3–4 days onsite). The role blends HR advisory, payroll coordination and onboarding with a strong focus on employee experience and process improvement.

You’ll also assist with hiring support and act as the friendly face of HR in the office. You’ll handle confidential information with discretion, manage contracts and onboarding checks, and help keep HR records accurate.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an HR, People, or Talent support role
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Warm, approachable manner with strong interpersonal skills
• Capable of juggling multiple priorities and deadlines

Aufgaben

• Provide HR advisory support to managers and staff across the employee lifecycle
• Manage end-to-end employment administration including contracts and letters
• Oversee onboarding from offer to first week checks
• Coordinate payroll activities with our payroll provider
• Handle offboarding, records management and HR data accuracy
• Support hiring with job adverts, shortlisting and interviewing where needed
• Be the first point of contact for people-related questions in the office
• Organize light office management and team events
