People Systems Manager Role

As the People Systems Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our people systems to support our employees and drive organisational success. Collaborating closely with P&C colleagues and the IT team, you will ensure that our people systems are fit for purpose and optimised to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Your responsibilities include leading the planning and development of improvements to our people systems, ensuring harmonious integration of all systems and maximising functionality.

Prioritising data security and integrity, you will safeguard sensitive information stored within these systems.

You will support areas such as business analytics, system reporting, compliance, data integrity, role-based security, back-end functionality, end-user support, and daily administrative tasks.

Your expertise will be crucial in maximising the effectiveness of our systems, enabling data-driven decisions and better supporting our employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead P&C efforts for HCM implementation (SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central) and related systems
• Provide support and administration for people systems, including SAP SuccessFactors
• Drive continuous improvement of systems, data quality, and processes
• Manage system security, hierarchy setup, and access restrictions
• Maintain data integrity in compliance with GDPR and ISS policies
• Develop procedures for system use and maintain documentation
• Oversee electronic document storage for accessibility and security
• Create and deliver user guides and training materials
