HeliosX is seeking a high-impact People Systems Lead to own, optimize, and scale our HR tech landscape. You will configure, integrate, and manage data flows across BambooHR, Lattice, Greenhouse, and Enboarder, reporting to the Function Lead.

Qualifications
- 5+ years owning a complex, multi-system HR tech estate and managing system integrations.
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end HR system implementations (design, configuration, migration, testing, cutover).
- Strong HR data architecture expertise with data models, field mastership and governance.
- Experience with vendor management and aligning product roadmaps.
- Hands-on automation & AI in HR tooling, with governance around data.
- Cross-functional communicator bridging technical and People stakeholders; IT/Engineering collaboration.
- Direct experience with BambooHR is desirable, though not essential.

We are looking for a high-impact People Systems Lead to own, optimise, and scale HeliosX's HR tech infrastructure. Reporting to the Function Lead, you will serve as the subject‑matter expert across our systems landscape, owning the configuration, integrations, data flows, and vendor relationships across tools like BambooHR, Lattice, Greenhouse, and Enboarder.
As a senior individual contributor, you will build a clean, connected data foundation, drive automation, enforce robust AI governance, and lead critical implementations, including transitioning from Lattice to a new performance and engagement platform.
- Systems Estate Ownership: Own the multi‑system HR technology architecture end‑to‑end, defining how tools configure, integrate, and handle data sequencing and failure handling. Hold the forward‑looking vision for the estate, bringing recommendations and options to leadership.
- System Implementations: Lead the technical design, data mapping, migration, testing, and cutover of our new performance management platform, holding vendors accountable to HeliosX’s data standards rather than default templates.
- Data Architecture & Integrity: Uphold BambooHR as our clean single source of truth, enforcing consistent field definitions, data mastership, and resolving data quality issues at the source.
- Automation & AI Readiness: Identify and deliver cross‑system automation opportunities, assess AI features in current tooling, and enforce strict AI governance standards to protect employee data.
- Vendor & Cross‑Functional Partnership: Act as the primary technical contact for vendors, holding them to committed product roadmaps. Serve as the bridge between People, People Operations, IT, and Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience owning a complex, multi‑system HR technology estate and managing system integrations.
- Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end HR system implementations (design, configuration, migration, testing, cutover, and embedding).
- Strong HR data architecture expertise, with the ability to define data models, field mastership, and data governance standards.
- Experience with vendor management, holding suppliers accountable to product roadmaps and feature delivery.
- Hands‑on automation & AI experience, including automating workflows across HR systems and applying governance controls around AI tools and employee data.
- Strong cross‑functional communicator who can bridge technical execution with non‑technical People stakeholders and collaborate effectively with IT/Engineering.
- Direct experience with BambooHR is desirable, though not essential.
