Job summary

Coastland College is seeking a People Systems & Data Coordinator to lead the HRIS (iTrent) administration, maintain system configurations, and drive digital transformation. You will collaborate across People Services, Payroll, Finance, MIS and other staff to improve decision-making through accurate workforce data and automated processes.

  • Ensure systems and processes support compliance, governance and audit requirements.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to become the lead administrator and subject matter expert for the College's HR Information System, iTrent.

You will be responsible for the development, maintenance and optimisation of our people systems, ensuring workforce information is accurate, secure and accessible while driving improvements through automation, reporting and process innovation.

Working closely with colleagues across People Services, Payroll, Finance, MIS and operational departments, you will help transform the way we use technology and data to support decision-making, improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience.

This role is central to our digital transformation journey and offers a unique opportunity to influence how workforce data, systems and technology support the future success of Coastland College.

What You'll Be Doing

£28,798 per annum (pro-rated to part time hours)
