Job summary

Totum Partners is seeking a People Systems Analyst to join its HR team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems, delivering accurate data, reporting and a strong user experience.

You will work with HR and business teams to develop and maintain people technology platforms, ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance while supporting system upgrades and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR systems administration, HR systems analysis or HRIS support.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills with advanced Excel capability.
• SAP SuccessFactors experience is essential.
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee data.
• Experience supporting testing, configuration and system enhancements.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced professional services environment.
• High levels of accuracy, discretion and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
• Produce HR reports, dashboards and management information.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, configuration changes and new releases.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase automation.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and GDPR compliance.
• Support annual HR activities including appraisal, pay review and regulatory reporting.
• Resolve system issues and manage supplier support queries.
• Deliver user training and maintain system documentation.
• Contribute to wider HR technology and digital transformation projects.
