You will act as a trusted advisor, providing practical guidance across performance, engagement and complex employee relations while aligning with Norwood’s values and services.

Qualifications

• Experienced People professional who builds trusted relationships with the organisation and its leaders.
• Credibility advising senior leaders and managers, with sound judgement.
• Strong track record in managing complex employee-relations matters.
• Comfortable working with data and insights to identify risks and opportunities.
• Experience supporting restructures and organisational change with sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align people plans with organisational priorities.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially-focused People advice to enable informed decisions.
• Coach managers on performance, attendance, wellbeing and engagement.
• Lead complex employee relations matters including disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Support organisational change, restructures and transformation initiatives.
• Lead consultation processes where required.
• Support workforce planning, design and succession planning.
• Utilise workforce data to identify risks and opportunities.
