About The Role
The People Services Team at AO is responsible for administering and coordinating activities for AOers (employees) throughout the employment lifecycle, from onboarding to exit. We are trusted for providing a "right first time" experience, being forward-thinking, and excelling in our field.
You will proactively deliver timely and accurate people administration services across all locations, supporting the wider People teams (L&D, reward & recruitment), AOers, and line managers throughout the AO lifecycle.
Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
We believe in collaboration; all AOers come into the office Monday to Friday to foster better teamwork, creativity, and support, making us more motivated and effective.
