Job summary

The Bread Factory is hiring a People Services Coordinator to provide high-quality operational support across the employee lifecycle for GAIL's and The Bread Factory. You will manage onboarding, contracts and employee documents, respond to questions via Zendesk, and maintain accurate people data.

You will contribute to reporting, system administration, and process improvements, while creating up-to-date People Services guides and templates.

• Experience in HR, People Services or similar administrative role.
