Job summary

Consortium Professional Recruitment Ltd is seeking a People Services Business Partner to work with the People Director and HR team to shape people strategy and influence positive change within an inclusive workplace.

The role focuses on partnering with senior leaders, advising on ER and policy matters, coaching managers, driving engagement and using data to prioritise organisational priorities. Hybrid pattern and study support are offered.

Qualifications

• Broad HR generalist experience with strong employment law knowledge.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases and supporting change.
• Proven ability to guide, influence and coach managers.

About You:

We're looking for someone with:

• Drive to deliver with a forwarded thinking and collaborative approach
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience, ideally with Level 7 or a willingness to work towards it.
• Broad HR generalist experience and strong employment law knowledge.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases and supporting change.
• A proven ability to guide, influence and coach managers
• Restructure experience would be advantageous
