At AXA we’re seeking a dedicated individual to join our People Services team in Bolton on a full time 12-month fixed-term contract.

As a People Services Advisor, you’ll play a crucial part in helping our customers find the right solutions, whether it’s providing expert advice over the phone, handling tasks through our case management system, Help, or efficiently dealing with email inquiries. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring and quality-checking tasks that support our business processes, as well as assisting in the administration of vital business projects in our HR system, MyWorkday.

Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Answering incoming calls to the People Services team, providing advice and assistance.
  • Managing a portfolio of cases in the Help system.
  • Administering People Services tasks and processing efficiently, covering the whole employee lifecycle from onboarding and screening through to leavers.
  • Escalating issues to leaders, People Services, and the business as necessary.
  • Delivering quality customer service while collaborating with other teams, such as payroll.

  • Customer focused with the ability to connect with a variety of people over the phone and in writing whilst conducting yourself in a professional manner.
  • Experience using Case Management Systems.
