Job summary

AB Agri Ltd seeks a People Relations Specialist for the UK, covering employee relations across sites with travel. This six-month FTC role is full-time, based in the UK, with a salary starting at £35,000 and a benefits package including a discretionary bonus, car allowance, private healthcare, and a matched pension contribution of up to 10%.

You will handle high-volume ER/IR cases, advise leaders on policy and employment law, support regional change initiatives, ensure legal compliance, and use

• Confidence advising on complex, sensitive people issues with discretion and professionalism

• Using data and insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve employee relations outcomes

The Role & Key Responsibilities

Job Title:People Relations Specialist – UK

Location: UK (with regular travel to sites across the region)

Contract and Shift details: 6 months FTC, full time

If you enjoy navigating complex people issues and helping leaders do the right thing — even in challenging situations — this could be a role where you’ll have real influence. You’ll be at the centre of how AB Agri manages employee and industrial relations across the UK, working closely with leaders and People & Performance colleagues to create fair, consistent and legally sound outcomes.

You’ll support managers through change, resolve sensitive issues with confidence and care, and help build a proactive approach to employee relations that strengthens trust, engagement and performance across the region.
