As our People Relations Manager, you will form strong working partnerships with operational managers and the wider people team to become a credible, reliable, trusted partner and coach. You’ll provide insight and proactive coaching to managers and employees regarding relevant employment principles and complex employee relations issues. You’ll also proactively analyse data to recognise emerging trends and using this to deliver learning solutions to line managers.
