Job summary

NICE - National Institute for Health and Care Excellence is hiring a People/Employee Relations and Change Specialist in Manchester. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality People Relations service to colleagues and managers, guiding organisational change with pragmatic, lawful decisions within a flexible hybrid setup that blends home working with in-person meetings.

You will support restructures, redundancy processes and TUPE, develop and implement policies, and drive data-informed risk

Qualifications

• Experience handling varied employee relations cases end to end.
• Ability to advise and coach managers on fair, lawful decisions.
• Experience supporting organisational change including restructures and TUPE.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied employee relations caseload end to end.
• Provide specialist advice, coaching and constructive challenge to managers.
• Support organisational change activity, including restructures and redundancy processes.
• Contribute to the development, review and implementation of people policies and manager toolkits.
• Identify, assess and escalate people related risks using data, insight and case trends to inform decisions.
• Maintain accurate case management records and prepare high quality documentation, reports and correspondence relating to people relations and change activity.
• Champion NICE's Just and Restorative Culture, promoting psychologically safe workplaces and positive colleague experiences.
