Job Overview
We have an opportunity for a People Project Consultant to join our team on a 12 month period to drive our people strategy and agenda by coaching and challenging our leaders thinking and ways of working. Working closely with the Strategic People Partners and business stakeholders, you’ll conduct research, collect and analyse data to identify issues, provide advice, and work with the team to develop and implement innovative and pragmatic solutions. You’ll use your experience of organisation design and project management to solve business problems and add commercial value.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) from December 2026. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
This role will require the successful candidate to work a minimum of two times per month from our London office for both team and role based activities'.
