Job summary

AXA UK is seeking a People Project Consultant on a 12-month contract to drive our people strategy, coach leaders and deliver organisation design and project management in a fast paced environment.

This hybrid role requires at least two days in the office each week (London) with some travel; you will analyse data, prepare business cases and partner with stakeholders to enable change.

Internal applicants are encouraged; you must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex HR change and organisation design projects.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience coaching leaders and facilitating change.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design and manage project delivery with stakeholders.
• Support organisation designs that add value to business and customers.
• Maintain effective project controls and governance within initiatives.
• Develop presentation packs and business cases for key stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress updates and manage milestones and blockers.
• Lead project communications and train managers on change messaging.
• Advise on organisation design, people policies and processes.
• Analyse management information to drive data‑driven strategies.
