You will drive coaching-focused practices and ensure HR programmes align with organisational objectives. The post holder will be accountable for delivering a strategic people plan, embedding inclusive leadership and robust governance across the executive team.

Qualifications

• Senior HR professional with experience delivering strategy across culture, workforce and talent
• Experience implementing people programmes in large organisations, including equality, diversity and wellbeing

Responsibilities

• Oversee the People agenda, including culture, workforce planning and talent attraction.
• Create and embed a coaching culture focused on wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.
• Ensure people programmes align with College objectives and deliver measurable impact.
