Job summary

hireful is seeking a Director of People & Performance for a North Surrey FE college. The role leads the People agenda, shaping culture, workforce and talent attraction, with senior responsibilities for wellbeing and inclusion.

You will drive coaching-focused practices and ensure HR programmes align with organisational objectives. The post holder will be accountable for delivering a strategic people plan, embedding inclusive leadership and robust governance across the executive team.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Professional to join their Executive Team.

Effective management and implementation of all parts of the People agenda are needed. The role comes with senior responsibilities for culture, workforce and attracting talent.

The post holder is charged with creating and embedding a culture that is committed to coaching and supporting employees while championing diversity, inclusion, equality and wellbeing throughout the organisation. You will be expected to ensure the people programmes and initiatives are effective, efficient and aligned to the overall College objectives.
