Our tech platform connects 3000 tutors/mentors to students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities or their dream career pathway.

This is a full-time position that can be worked remotely or in one of our many offices around the globe.

What this role is responsible for

The Global People and Performance Advisor will be supporting the overall People Team day to day in a broad range of tasks and handling multiple projects at once autonomously in a fast-paced environment across the organisation.

What success looks like

  • Supporting and advising Crimson employees with day-to-day people queries.

  • Providing project management support for Crimson’s People programs.

  • Drafting and coordinating with leaders for all relevant contractual paperwork for new employees and contractors globally.

  • Providing support to people leaders across the full people spectrum, including but not limited to, performance management and employment relations, role changes, onboarding and leavers, engagement, KPIs and remuneration.

  • Lead the recruitment portfolio within the People team.

  • End-to-end recruitment of roles, including drafting job descriptions and ads, posting roles and proactive sourcing, screening candidates, and reference checking.

  • Proactive improvement of our employment brand and people processes across the team.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders.

  • Providing project management support for Crimson’s People Team programs.

  • Working to support leaders with all relevant contractual paperwork for new employees and contractors globally.

  • Assisting the People & Performance team in the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines, and systems to encourage best practices within the company.

  • Maintaining HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data.

How you’ll know you’re crushing it (subject to change due to People Team deliverables):

  • Crimson’s overall employee engagement score per quarter/bi-annually is above 80%.

  • Performance of new hires - <1% probationary exits, NPS for CGA >40.

  • Positive feedback received from key stakeholders.

  • Projects delivered on time.

  • Time to hire for roles at <28 days.

  • Time to fill for roles at <48 days.

  • High engagement from new starters on-boarded under your remit.

  • Internal promotions/transfers make up 25% of total recruitment.

  • SLA’s met for the People team. This includes contracts, variations, and general queries.
