Please note that this role is based in Manchester, and our current hybrid working arrangement requires office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Work closely with the HoPBP to support the agency’s people priorities and people strategy, whilst demonstrating responsiveness and flexibility to enhance the employee experience. Act as a strategic advisor to partner with our agencies to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organisational change. Champion the company culture, ensure compliance with our People policies and drive engagement, retention, and skills development within teams.
