Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking a People Partner to deliver our people plans in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment in London. You will partner with the Head of People Partnering and Senior People Partners to design, implement and embed a wide range of people change initiatives and cyclical activities.

You will lead a varied portfolio of projects, support talent reviews and performance processes, and build trusted relationships with managers to help navigate people priorities.

Qualifications

• Partner with managers to understand people-related needs and deliver commercially relevant solutions.
• Own and deliver a people initiative from planning through to implementation and review.
• Knowledge of core HR practices including employee relations, performance, talent, and organisational change.
• Ability to build relationships and influence decisions across levels while managing a varied workload.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery of people plans, including development interventions, change projects and cyclical activities.
• Design, implement and embed cyclical activity within the people plan to create a great colleague and line manager experience.
• Prioritise and deploy expertise to deliver value-adding activities for the division.
• Build trusted relationships with managers and provide proactive people-partnering support.
• Lead business change initiatives, facilitate leadership development programmes and support talent reviews.
• Analyse people data to identify priorities and contribute to strategic people plans.
