Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR Business Partner, HR Consultant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Excellent employee relations experience and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to clients and businesses.
• Act as a trusted HR partner, supporting clients with a wide range of people-related matters.
• Manage employee relations cases, including performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Provide guidance on employment legislation and ensure best practice is followed.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, HR Advisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
• Excellent employee relations experience
• The confidence to provide practical and commercially focused HR advice
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• A genuine interest in networking and developing professional relationships
