Job summary

Nidec Drives is offering an HR Apprentice role to join our HR team in Newtown. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing business while completing a structured development programme and building a long-term career in Human Resources.

You’ll support attendance management, employee records, onboarding, HR admin, and people data reporting as you learn from experienced professionals and contribute to HR processes across the site.

• Schedule meetings and manage HR documentation.
• Learn how HR supports employees and managers across the business.
