Job Description:

A high performing, rapidly expanding hedge fund is looking to add a ‘People Operations and Transformation Lead’ to their global HR team.

The hire will work on developing and executing firmwide HR operations transformation projects, leveraging the firm’s HRIS to make HR a data-driven, capacity-building function. The new hire will be responsible for managing and continuously improving all aspects of people operations, from onboarding to policy centralisation across the firm. Additionally, they will handle BAU HR operations responsibilities hands-on.

This role is best suited for an experienced HR Operations professional with a broad remit, capable of driving data and technology-driven transformation and process automation initiatives, working at pace and volume. Candidates with 7-15 years of experience in this specific space are preferred. Strong academic and industry qualifications are advantageous.

The role offers a first-year total compensation of £150-200k, with strong growth expected annually. A generous sign-on bonus will be provided.

Remote work is possible two days per week, with additional flexibility as needed.
