Job Description:

A high-performing, rapidly expanding hedge fund is looking to add a People Operations and Transformation Lead to their global HR team.

The successful candidate will work on developing and executing firmwide HR operations transformation projects, leveraging the firm’s HRIS to make HR a data-driven, capacity-building function. Responsibilities include managing and continuously improving all aspects of people operations, from onboarding to policy centralization across the firm. Additionally, the role involves hands-on management of BAU HR operations.

This position is ideal for an experienced HR Operations professional with a broad remit, capable of driving data and technology-driven transformation and process automation initiatives at a fast pace. Candidates with 7-15 years of relevant experience and strong academic and industry qualifications are preferred.

The role offers a first-year total compensation of £150-200k, with strong growth prospects. A generous sign-on bonus will be provided. Flexibility includes working from home two days per week, with additional ad-hoc flexibility.
