Job summary

CityFibre is hiring a People Operations Specialist to support the full employee lifecycle, drive improvements and deliver better employee experiences. You’ll work hybrid, partnering with Payroll, Finance and Technology to simplify processes and automate where possible.

You’ll join a team focused on accurate data, streamlined workflows, and high-quality service for employees and managers across the business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle and supporting staff and managers.
• Experience using HR systems and working with People data with strong accuracy.
• Evidence of identifying and improving People processes.
• Understanding how workflows, automation and digital tools improve delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder skills with ownership.
• Experience supporting HR systems change, process mapping or automation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own People Operations activity across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, offboarding, records and data.
• Provide responsive, high-quality service to employees and managers, resolving queries and issues.
• Identify recurring problems and opportunities to simplify or redesign People processes.
• Use People systems, automation and digital tools to reduce manual activity and improve experience.
• Support the design, testing and adoption of system improvements and new ways of working.
• Collaborate with People, Payroll, Finance and Technology to ensure accurate, compliant processes.
