This is more than simply managing electricity flow. It is about creating the foundational system to prepare for a radically more capable, prosperous, and intelligent future.

We have an opportunity for an experienced People Operations Partner to join our business as we continue to scale.

Initially, the role will work across operations, select talent initiatives and business partnering, where you will provide cover for the People Business Partner and take on casework during periods of increased demand. As ENODA grows, there is scope for the role to become more focused on People Operations and to develop towards leading the function.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to combine hands-on generalist and employee relations work with operational improvements, helping managers make sound people decisions and ensuring employees receive a consistent, effective support.

  • Maintaining clear policies, templates and records, and coordinatingright-to-work and immigration administration, with specialist support where needed
  • Supporting People data governance and audit requirements
  • Translating employee and manager needs into practical system requirements
  • Helping plan the processes, controls and technology needed as headcount, locations and operational complexity grow

  • Sound working knowledge of UK employment practice and the judgement to recognise when specialist advice is needed
  • Confident working with People data and reporting, with strong attention to accuracy and confidentiality
