You will optimise core HR processes, implement system enhancements, and deliver a high-touch employee experience while overseeing payroll, benefits, and data governance. • Several years in a similar HR operations role.

• Oversee offshore EXL team workloads and performance standards across geographies.
• Ensure GDPR/data privacy compliance across all records.
• Leverage HR data and MI to generate actionable insights for People agenda and exec decisions.
• Partner with outsourced providers to monitor SLAs and KPIs for value-for-money service.
• Govern audit actions for the People team and drive remediation to ensure timely closure of findings.
• Support business continuity and governance projects; contribute to resilience priorities.
• Direct annual HR budget planning and resource allocation for the department.
• Lead SOX compliance and internal controls across HR workstreams.
• Act as system administrator for the Oracle HRIS and promote data integrity.
