The Industry Club is seeking an experienced people leader to shape culture and drive scale for a busy creative agency. This is a senior, strategic role focusing on HR and transformation rather than hands-on delivery.

You will implement systems, embed people strategies across leadership, performance, and engagement, and partner with heads of departments to deliver measurable business benefits in a hybrid London setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people and culture initiatives in a creative/digital/marketing/events environment.
• Proven track record in driving transformation and change management.
• Strong leadership with direct reports and a strategic mindset.
• Able to translate business goals into people strategies and KPIs.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in creative output and collaboration with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set best practices and ways of working across the business.
• Support heads of departments on HR, culture and team management.
• Embed internal systems and platforms for streamlined operations.
• Lead the transformation agenda with leadership and major programmes.
• Identify improvements and coordinate changes to achieve better results.
• Ensure staff understand objectives and are supported to perform well.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy.
• Plan workforce requirements and improve retention during growth.
• Simplify processes and clarify responsibilities to improve collaboration.
• Monitor employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and leadership development.
