Job summary

The Alliance is seeking a highly organised People Operations Co-ordinator to join our Global HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid in Chippenham with 2 days onsite and 25–30 hours per week, offering varied exposure to onboarding, payroll support, and HR projects.

You’ll work closely with the People Operations & Reward Partner, delivering accurate processes across the employee lifecycle, maintaining HR records, and contributing to continuous improvements while handling

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration or People Operations.
• Exposure to employee lifecycle processes and payroll administration.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, and confidence with HR systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling employee data.

Responsibilities

• Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and up-to-date HR systems.
• Assist with reward and benefits administration, including pay reviews and pensions.
• Handle HR queries with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Coordinate payroll data with Finance and payroll provider to ensure timely processing.
• Produce HR reports and monitor key people data (holiday/absence).
• Coordinate supplier invoices, purchase orders and budget tracking.
• Support HR projects and internal communications.
