Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, reliable first point of contact for our people (pay, benefits, holidays, systems).
• Support the full employee lifecycle— onboarding, offboarding, contract updates, leave.
• Keep employee data accurate and compliant (GDPR, Right to Work checks).
• Support employee relations meetings (note-taking and follow-ups).
• Work closely with Payroll & Benefits to ensure accurate and timely pay.
• Coordinate probation and performance review processes end-to-end.
• Track holiday and absence data and flag issues.
• Process invoices and POs when required.
• Help improve processes and contribute to Talent and culture projects.
