Job summary

The Talent World in Norwich is seeking an HR professional who thrives on partnering with leaders, developing people strategies, and creating an inclusive and engaging workplace culture. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will work across the full employee lifecycle, providing expert HR guidance and partnering with managers to deliver high-performing, values-led teams.

You’ll lead on a range of people initiatives, including recruitment, ER, performance, L&D, wellbeing and diversity

Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Significant experience managing complex employee relations matters.
  • Experience leading people projects and organisational change initiatives.
  • A passion for employee wellbeing, engagement and development.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
  • The confidence to challenge constructively and influence decision-making.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who thrives on partnering with leaders, developing people strategies, and creating an inclusive and engaging workplace culture. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, this role will work across the full employee lifecycle, providing expert HR guidance and partnering with managers to deliver high-performing, values-led teams. You’ll lead on a range of people initiatives, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion. This is a highly visible role that offers the opportunity to influence organisational culture, support strategic people projects, and contribute to an environment where employees can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
