Are you looking for an opportunity to make a positive impact for our colleagues? We currently seek an experienced People Management Trainer to join our People & Culture Directorate on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role can be based in Exeter, Bristol, or Redhills. This position involves considerable travel across the Pennon Group, with potential overnight stays. You will receive a competitive salary between £45,000 and £50,000, plus an excellent benefits package.
Reporting to the Inclusion and Employee Relations Lead, the People Management Trainer will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for line managers to enhance their employee relations capabilities. The trainer will help build confidence and skills among managers to foster respectful, fair, and people-centered work environments. This pivotal role involves leading the creation and delivery of engaging, forward-thinking training that strengthens our approach to employee relations, helping managers navigate complex ER issues with empathy and clarity, and contributing to a positive, inclusive employee experience.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract or secondment opportunity, ideal for someone passionate about people management, ER, and inclusive leadership.
