Role Overview: We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled HR Manager to join our Soft FM People Team on a fixed term/secondment basis until 30 June 2026
Main duties of the job
Building personal credibility and support senior managers in making key decisions regarding their People strategies
Job fairs
·Providing of expert, professional advice to a range of internal stakeholders on all HR and People matters, including complex employee relations cases and organisational change
·Developing the people management capacity of operational managers through the provision of coaching and deliver people related training and facilitation.
·Managing and developing partnership working with trade union representatives
