Job summary

Starting salary is £32,000 per annum with the chance to earn bonuses and participate in a CIPD qualification. The programme offers structured mentorship, relocation options, and a hybrid working model across UK locations.

Qualifications

• Expecting a minimum 2:1 degree (2:2 if combined with a Master's).
• Have the right to work in the UK, prior to commencing work.
• Curious, proactive and keen to learn.
• Willingness to travel and relocate between placements where required.
• Available to start in September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Two-year graduate programme with three rotational placements across different areas of the People Team.
• Work on meaningful projects and solve real business challenges from day one.
